Chef Claude Chazalon, former owner of two restaurants in Paris for over 20 years, had a whirlwind love affair “Coup de Coeur” with the Paso Robles wine region of Central California. His love for Paso Robles prompted him to open “Paris” a French restaurant located in the quaint downtown area in November 2002.
At “Paris” customers were treated to the ambiance of the French countryside and its fine cuisine. After many requests from loyal customers and friends, Chef Claude and his wife Chrystel decided on a new adventure in catering as “Safran ”.
Only the finest vegetables, freshest fish, top quality meats and ingredients will be used. We will help you to make your choice with regard to the season, the market and your budget.
